How It Works

Managing your subscription is simple and flexible. Once subscribed, you can modify your orders anytime through your LILIXIR customer account.

Managing Your Subscription

To access and manage your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your customer account from our website’s menu.
2. Click on Subscriptions to view and manage your active subscriptions.
3. Use the Manage Subscription drop-down menu to:

• View subscription details
• Skip an upcoming order
• Pause or resume your subscription
• Cancel your subscription

Editing Payment Information

1. Log in to your customer account and go to Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you want to update.
3. Click the pencil icon next to Payment under Overview.
4. Choose an existing payment method or add a new one.
5. Click Save to update your payment details.

Updating Your Shipping Address

1. Log in to your customer account and go to Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you want to update.
3. Click the pencil icon next to Shipping Address.
4. Enter your new shipping details and click Save.

Skipping an Order

If you need to take a break but don’t want to cancel your subscription, you can skip an order:

1. Log in to your customer account and go to Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you want to skip.
3. Click Skip under the Upcoming Order section.
4. Confirm by clicking Skip again.

Pausing Your Subscription

1. Log in to your customer account and go to Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you want to pause.
3. Click Pause Subscription under Overview.
4. Confirm by clicking Pause Subscription again. Your subscription will remain paused until you choose to resume.

Resuming Your Subscription

1. Log in to your customer account and go to Subscriptions.
2. Select the paused subscription you want to resume.
3. Click Resume Subscription under Overview.
4. Confirm by clicking Continue.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you need to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your customer account and go to Subscriptions.
2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
3. Click Cancel Subscription under Overview.
4. Confirm by clicking Cancel Subscription. Once canceled, billing and delivery will stop immediately.
