All LILIXIR orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Please be aware that recipients of international shipments are responsible for paying all import taxes, customs charges, or other costs assessed once the package reaches its destination. Depending on the customs legislation in your country, additional fees may be required for customs clearance. LILIXIR is unable to estimate how much it might cost because we have no control over these fees.


Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to COVID-19 and are subject to customs clearance.


1) Who pays import taxes, customs duties, and other fees?


The recipients of international orders are responsible for paying any and all customs fees, import taxes, tariffs, or charges that your government may impose once the package reaches its destination.

Please note that these fees are typically paid by the shipping company or courier when the package is delivered, and that LILIXIR is unable to estimate them in advance due to their strong dependence on your location.

We will also be unable to fulfil any requests to declare a value other than the total value of what has been purchased.


2) How can I check the status of my order?

You'll get a confirmation email after your order has been placed. Once your package has been dispatched, you will also receive an email with your tracking number. All online orders are shipped out in one to three days. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, and Saturdays are processed the next working day.

 

3) What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and payment via PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
